SupportWe provide relevant information to meet tenants' needs and make appropriate referrals to other agencies. Where necessary, we can provide support at Tenancy Tribunal hearings or mediation meetings. We have immeasurable organisational and community experience and memory with which to mobilise housing solutions in all circumstances.

AdvocacyWe monitor the availability of rental housing in Palmerston North. We make submissions to both central and local government on issues and laws affecting tenants. We also support and participate in community networks. Our coordinator Kevin O'Reilly has a regular spot on Access Radio called 'Flatting Today'.

EducationWe provide information to individuals and families, and seminars to schools and tertiary institutions, prisoners and other interested parties about the rights and obligations of tenants, please contact us if you'd like one of these seminars. We provide interviews to local and national media about housing issues and run awareness campaigns about important housing issues, such as fixed term tenancies and the state of rental housing.
